Welcome to the Asbury Park Homeowner’s Association.  We are pleased to have you as a neighbor and encourage you to be active in our community.  This letter covers some basic information that will make your move easier. At your closing, you should have been provided with the Bi-Laws and Covenants of our association. Please contact us by e-mail to obtain a copy.

Registration – The Asbury Park Board of Directors has mandated that all new homeowner’s register with the Association an e-mail address and emergency contact information.  This information will be kept confidential.  Please take the time to fill out the Registration Form and submit to it the HOA.

Asbury Park Homeowner’s Association Inc.

The purpose of the Association is to maintain our investment and to enjoy our great neighborhood.  We need your help to keep our neighborhood a beautiful, safe, place and we all must work together to achieve this goal.

At the current time we do not have a management company.  The Board  is composed of a group of homeowners who live in the neighborhood.  Currently the Asbury Park Board of Directors is made up of 3 people.  There are three office positions on the board to handle the day-to-day finances and problems within the community.  They are President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
